Sergiy Popenko
Founder & BIM / Design Lead — BuildWise Illinois LLC
Sergiy brings more than ten years of experience across architectural design support, BIM, technical documentation, visualization, and construction leadership.
He began in field supervision, coordinating multiple active sites and teams of up to 50 people, and later led a construction company with approximately 120 employees and subcontractors. That background informs every drawing, model, and coordination decision.
